We partner with leading organizations – such as United Way, World Hope International, UNCF, YMCA, North-Atlantic ADA Center, Planned Parenthood, New York Council of Nonprofits (NYCON), Community Access, – helping them strengthen their position, advance their cause, engage and inspire potential volunteers, members and donors to take action.

Brand Development
The New York Council of Nonprofits (NYCON) and its affiliates – BoardStrong, Good Causes and Council Services Plus – needed to unify and harmonize their brands, so it becomes clear in the minds of consumers that the broad range of services they offer, are provided by one family.
Storytelling results: Befitting NYCON and its affiliates' collective vision, the brand positioning we developed unifies them as a family. The consumers now see them as one unit, a guiding light for nonprofits and a one-stop resource for the support services they need to succeed.

Campaign for Youth
The YMCA Campaign for Youth fund-raising initiative needed engaging and compelling materials to highlight the youth programs and their need for corporate support.
Storytelling results: The fund raising material we developed focused on the youth addressing the corporate donors and voicing the need to help sustain the programs. Playful silhouettes integrate with the content, engaging the reader, telling the story and instilling and upbeat feel befitting the YMCA youth programs.
The YMCA Campaign for Youth fund raiser was successful and exceeded the projected goals.
"Everyone is tremendously impressed by the Campaign for Youth Case Statement you've developed. I think it's of award-winning quality and know it is one of our most important solicitation tools.” – YMCA of Greater NY
Customer Service Etiquette Training Program
In recognition of the 25th anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA25), The Mid-Atlantic ADA Center developed a dynamic 20-minute customer service film entitled At Your Service. The film (in Spanish, English, captioned and audio description) presents customer service best practices and features national disability leaders offering insights, tips and recommendations on providing exemplary customer service to individuals with disabilities.
