Leadership
I'm Patrick Florville, the founder and creative director of Florville Catalyst. My story began in my beloved country, Haiti. I immigrated to New York with my family at 14 years old. My formal education started in pre-med. Ultimately, winning a full scholarship, I attended School of Visual Arts in New York City and earned a Bachelor degree in graphic design and communications. I credit my former curriculum – biology, physics and calculus – for instilling and shaping the problem-solving discipline inherent in our work at Florville Catalyst. I'm also the parent of a daughter with special needs, a fervent advocate for disability causes and passionate about partnering with programs that strengthen and enrich the lives of differently abled individuals.
